Trades Inc. can assist you with your project from inception to completion. Our in-house Architect will happily talk through your ideas and come up with solutions that best fit your brief and budget. We will help you every step of the way through the design process until we reach a solution that suits your requirements.
We have a range of services we can provide for you as part of this process from undertaking design, drawings, arranging Structural Engineers or other required consultants through to undertaking Planning Permission and Building Warrant applications on your behalf. We also have a network of tried and trusted property refurbishment contractors and tradesmen that we have worked with for many years now that we are happy to recommend. As part of our service we will project manage the full process from start to finish as well as managing the contractor on site.
On our fees you won’t pay anything for initial design advice this is all free until you have reached a stage that you are happy with the design and pricing. There after we will provide costs for each individual stage. If you use one of our own contractors, then that contractor will pay us to project manage your build and facilitate the payment side of the contract on their behalf so you will not be charged a direct fee or otherwise if you prefer we can provide fixed fees upon request.
Although we do absolutely recommend our own tried and tested contractors as we know how they work and the great quality of end finish they will achieve. If you do want to get your own contractor we can also provide a pure project management service on your project where we will manage the works on site on your behalf, keep you informed throughout and ensure that you achieve the best end result possible.
