Trades Inc was set up in 2021 by Paul Wilson, a respected property professional with background in Electrical Engineering and Architecture and with over 30 years of experience working at the very top level within residential property management, facilities management, property maintenance, property design and development.
Through experience managing the needs of landlords, letting agents, property owners, owners associations, housing trusts, developers, commercial owners, insurers and loss adjusters they have built up a sound knowledge and understanding of each client’s requirements and expectations. TradesInc is founded on this experience and this combined with an established network of trusted professionals, skilled tradesmen and suppliers creates a true one stop property shop that can service all the varying needs of Scottish property owners and their agents.
Our aim is simple to deliver professional advice and service at trade prices. Our promise is that we will take full responsibility for every aspect of managing your repair, refurbishment or development and coordinate all required specialists, professionals and trades required while providing upfront clarity on cost and delivering all work to a high standard with good communication throughout.
